Aromatherapy is administered by inhalation and topically. When inhaled, very simply, the molecules interact with the surface of your nasal cavity. Tiny olfactory nerves that are located in the room of the inner nose transmit these aromas to the part of the brain called the limbic system. The limbic system interacts to control heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, memory, stress level and hormone balance. This is why essential oils have such a powerful effect on our moods and general state of mind. When applied externally, the essential oils get absorbed into your skin and you get a more systemic approach.
Cedarwood Essential Oil: Has a warm, balsamic, woody aroma.

Lemongrass Essential Oil: Has a light, fresh, citrus aroma with earthy undertones. Refreshing, rejuvenating, stimulating, and balancing, it inspires and improves mental clarity.
Sea Salts (Dead Sea Salts, Pink Himalayan Salts, Epsom Salts, Dendritic Salts): High mineral composition containing magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium & sulfates. They are deeply hydrating, they clean and disinfect, an excellent exfoliator, they promote youthful skin, can help with chronic skin conditions, detoxify the body, calm rheumatoid arthritis and soothes sore muscles. Salts promote relaxation, improve moods, relieve pain, relieve cramping and soothe sprains and bruises.
Directions for use: Add ¼ cup to bath and soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.
